What do you do?
We make websites for small local businesses. We design the site, build it, put it online and look after it for you.
How much does it cost?
For most customers, a website costs no more than £100, with a £30 monthly subscription. You pay the £100 only when you are happy with the design.
Could it cost more than £100?
Only if you want something very complicated. We look at what you asked for and give you the price before any work starts. You will never get a surprise bill.
What does the monthly cost cover?
Your web address, the space your website lives in, keeping it online and safe, and small changes when you ask for them.
Can I choose my web address?
Yes. You pick the name and the ending you want, such as .co.uk, .com or .dev. We buy it and set it up. If you already own an address, we move it across for you.
Can I change the website myself?
Yes. You get your own page on this site where you can change photos, opening times, prices and words. Your change goes live straight away.
Do I need to buy anything else?
No. There is nothing more to buy and nothing for you to set up. We do all of it.
What counts as a small change?
New opening hours, a new price, a different photo, new words on a page, or something that stopped working. These are free.
What if I want a big change?
A new part of the site, or a new design, is a bigger job. We tell you the price first. You decide before we start.
How long does it take?
Most websites take two to three weeks. It depends on how quickly we agree the design with you.
Do I pay before I see it?
No. We show you your website first. You pay when you are happy with it, and then we put it online.
I do not know what I want. Is that a problem?
No. Most people start there. Tell us about your business and we suggest what the website needs.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It is your website and your web address.
Can I stop the monthly cost?
Yes. There is no long contract. Tell us and we stop it.
I have a website already. Can you use it?
We do not take over the website you have now. We build you a new one instead. If you like how your old site looks, or it has parts you want to keep, we copy them into the new site for you.
